About Us
At Gentle Heart Pet Hotel, we’re proud to offer outstanding boarding services for your pet.
We know each pet is unique, and our veterinary professionals will make every effort to accommodate your pet’s needs and ensure they are safe, happy and cared for during their stay.
We take pride in maintaining a clean and comfortable facility for your pet.
Our boarding area is temperature controlled and spacious, and your pet receives frequent care and attention from our friendly, compassionate staff.
Should any medical problems arise during your pet’s stay, you can have peace of mind that our veterinary staff will make sure they are treated appropriately.

Our kennel area is monitored inside and out by 24 hour camera security

Unlike other kennels our staff performs late night bed checks on our guests. They are provided a potty break and a bedtime snack

Dog Boarding Requirements
All boarding guests must be up-to-date on vaccinations before staying with us, with proof provided from your veterinarian.
Vaccinations Policy
We require dogs to be up-to-date on:
Canine Distemper/Parvovirus
Bordetella
Rabies
Other Boarding Requirements
Fecals completed within 6 months
current on flea/tick control
General Admission
All pets must be in good health at time of checking in for boarding. We reserve the right to deny admittance to any pets lacking proof of vaccinations, displaying signs of untreated, potentially contagious conditions, or displaying aggressive behavior.
Feeding our guests we serve Hills Science Diet I/D dry kibble. If you would like to provide your own food, please label it with your pet’s name and feeding instructions and always let our boarding staff know of any dietary restrictions.

Kennel sizes
Our kennels are spacious and very comfortable for your pet. They range in size from 5 x 10 to 15 x 15 to be able to accommodate for the size of your pet. Or in order to accommodate for several members from the same family.

Comforts
We provide elevated beds with comfy blankets and toys, so your pet feels safe and comfortable during their stay. We welcome you to bring blankets/toys/etc from your home if you would like in order to make your pet feel as comfortable as possible too. We also have a streaming television service to keep your pet compay, just like home.

Security
We have a dedicate 24/7 security camera system that covers all areas inside and out of our facility. Our facility is also smart temperature controlled and is monitored at all times.
